I am old enough to remember the media outrage when one of our local politicians said that integration efforts would "export crime to the south side," since most Blacks in Milwaukee live on the north side. Today, thanks to our open borders, you don't need Blacks to have lots of crime on the south side of Milwaukee. Our recent Latin American arrivals are taking care of that. I hope that there will be a lot of this type of enforcement effort in Milwaukee County and not just in Outagamie.
