Unsurprisingly, Hazleton, PA's Illegal Immigration Relief Act has been struck down by activist Judge James Munley. The town's courageous Mayor Lou Barletta, who has vowed to fight on, if necessary all the way to the Supreme Court, continues to surge in popularity. [more...]

Seven months ago, the Village of Carpentersville filed with Federal authorities for participation in immigration enforcement training under the same "287(g)" program that has caused such uproar in Waukegan. When Carpentersville Police Chief David Neumann followed up with the feds by phone, he was told that "nothing would happen this fiscal year." In fact, there's no guarantee that anything will happen next fiscal year, either, according to a recent article in the Lake County News-Sun. [more...]

Mexicans are quietly "cleansing" many neighborhoods of Americans in exactly the same way as Serbs "cleansed" Serbia during the Yugoslavian civil war. Only the Mexicans aren't eradicating Americans from their territory, but from ours. [more...]

A recent article from the Wall Street Journal shows how utterly ignorant, and often hateful, wealthy elites can be of average people in the heartland, or "flyover country," as they like to call it. Even an elderly lady from Kansas City who wants to help promote better parks can be a target of hatred if she doesn't toe the open-borders line. [more...]

Governor Jim Doyle of Wisconsin is utterly perplexed over a baffling mystery: the "racial disparity," i.e. the preponderance of blacks, in the state's jails. He is so disturbed by this glaring injustice that he created a "Governor's Commission on Reducing Racial Disparities in the Wisconsin Justice System" to get to the bottom of the problem, and solve it. The first of a planned series of public hearings for this purpose was held in Racine on Monday. The results provide a graphic illustration of the absurdities to which some will resort in order to avoid "inconvenient" truths. Read this report and laugh, cry, or just shake your head. [more...]

According to allegations in Cook County circuit court, a terrible racist incident has taken place. Was someone hurt or killed because they were black? Were they denied a job, or a promotion, or an apartment? Or did they have to endure the horror of an "insensitive" remark? Nope, none of the above. But somebody was dissatisfied with the workmanship on their $3 million dollar mansion—and since they're black they're suing for "discrimination" and "racism." That somebody is none other than Chicago news anchor Diann Burns. [more...]

As colonies of Mexicans on U.S. soil become ever larger, more populous, and more powerful, it is only logical that the colonists will begin to flex their political muscles and attempt to impose their will on the American population. This is happening in Waukegan, where Mexican groups are threatening to boycott Waukegan businesses if the city does not "back off its efforts to obtain from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement the power to prosecute undocumented felons."
