This is the dream of every middle class black. Not every black man can claim they march with MLK. What can they do to defend the race? They can file a discrimination suit. The rewards are great. First, there is the money to be awared. Then there is the prestige of fighting back against the man! Also it is an excuse for why they haven't received any promotions- "see, I was qualified but racism kept me back." Lack of experience and education do not matter. The only down side is that it takes about 4 to 5 years. By that time the corporation will see this as a minor expense and just pay the people off.
