An recent editorial in the Northwest Herald brings a welcome voice of sanity to the discussion of the case of illegal alien Elvira Arellano, who holed up in a Chicago church to avoid deportation. Among other things, the article states that "Arellano’s flouting of U.S. law, her arrogance, and her crass use of her own son is nothing to cheer about." Amen! [more...]

For a year, illegal alien Elvira Arellano had holed up in a Chicago church: Adalberto United Methodist. With the pastor’s approval, she used the church as a “sanctuary” in which she felt safe from the long arm of the law. When she finally left it, she was arrested, and eventually deported to Mexico.
Score one for America. [...] [more...]

Ask most Chicagoans if they know of an anti-white "religion," and most will immediately mention Louis Farrakhan's Nation of Islam. But right here in Chicago is another black religious body that routinely blames whites for all of humanity's ills. It calls itself the "Trinity United Church of Christ." And Barack Obama is a routine attendee of the services. [more...]

A recent USA Today article has put a predictable spin on the Village of Carpentersville's fight to prevent mass colonization of the town by Mexicans. The article contains all the stock phrases "promise of a better life," "welcome," and so on. Seven months ago, the Village of Carpentersville filed with Federal authorities for participation in immigration enforcement training under the same "287(g)" program that has caused such uproar in Waukegan. When Carpentersville Police Chief David Neumann followed up with the feds by phone, he was told that "nothing would happen this fiscal year." In fact, there's no guarantee that anything will happen next fiscal year, either, according to a recent article in the Lake County News-Sun. [more...]

Mexicans are quietly "cleansing" many neighborhoods of Americans in exactly the same way as Serbs "cleansed" Serbia during the Yugoslavian civil war. Only the Mexicans aren't eradicating Americans from their territory, but from ours. [more...]

A recent article from the Wall Street Journal shows how utterly ignorant, and often hateful, wealthy elites can be of average people in the heartland, or "flyover country," as they like to call it. Even an elderly lady from Kansas City who wants to help promote better parks can be a target of hatred if she doesn't toe the open-borders line. [more...]
